Mission: 100 Authors Selling 100 Books A Day

Finally, A Publisher That Sells Your Book… Every Single Day.

Not a print-it-and-forget-it publisher. Bring the book you have, or film the one you don’t, and we’ll turn it into a daily leads-and-sales machine.

Revenue > Copies Sold

If your book has sold fewer than 250 copies,
your publisher failed you.

  • One small room writes your book better than you ever could alone. You teach on our stage, and we turn it into your rough draft.
  • You don't need a finished framework. You need a room. The framework you already teach is your table of contents.
  • The book is not the point. Ryan Lee sold 4,000 books in a week, and that's the least important number. The real money is in the clients your book brings in.

Our Profit-First
Book Publishing Process

...because 2 out of 3 new books from the 10 biggest publishers
sell fewer than 1,000 copies in their first year.

  1. 1

    Position

Before a word is written, we study your buyers and the books already selling in your space, so your title and promise are built to make money on day one.

  2. 2

    Event

We put you on stage to teach your best material to a live room, so it's sharpened on real people before your book is ever started.

  3. 3

    Book

We write the rough draft from your event, so you never fight a blinking cursor. You just sharpen your own genius.

  4. 4

    Launch

Follow our step-by-step loud-launch playbook and step into the spotlight you've earned, so your book finally gets seen and fills your pipeline on day one.

  5. 5

    Scale

Your book becomes the center of a daily leads-and-sales machine, so your revenue keeps climbing long after launch day.

The StageBook

How To Use 1 Small Event To Write & Launch Your Own Lead-Generating "Authority Book"

By Steve J Larsen & Marley Jaxx

Marketing is only measured in leads. If your book doesn't create leads, it isn't a marketing asset.

The StageBook shows you how to use one small in-person workshop to speak, quickly write, and launch your own book, then put that book at the center of a daily leads-and-sales machine. It's the same process every Pursuit of Profit author goes through, written down for the first time.

Meet The Founders

Steve J Larsen was the lead funnel builder at ClickFunnels a decade ago. He's built the book funnels behind bestsellers that might be on your shelf right now, close to 1,000 funnels in all. He's spoken on 100+ stages (more than 1,000 hours under the lights) and built his own nearly $1M event studio where authors film their books live.

Marley Jaxx is an award-winning filmmaker and a globally recognized YouTube growth and content strategist, with over 200,000 followers across social media. She's not a YouTube coach; she's the YouTube coach. Her most famous DocuStunt? "I got canceled… and I did it to myself." She makes sure your book, and you, get seen.

Together they sold tickets to their own wedding, then donated $132,550 to build a school in Kenya. Their story was covered by People, CNN, NBC, CBS, morning shows, and close to 100 other outlets around the world.

Everything You've Been Told About Writing A Book Is Wrong…

From: The desk of Steve & Marley

To: The business owner who knows a book would grow them… and the author traditional publishing orphaned.

Steve and Marley on stage holding The StageBook

Dear future author,

You've been told: write the book first. Make it perfect. Launch it big. Hit the list. Then the clients will come.

I believed it too. It cost me three books.

Steve's 120,000-word draft, the day he deleted it

My first attempt was 120,000 words of my own speeches, run through AI. It read like absolute garbage. No through line. I learned the hard way that a bad book can actually hurt your company.

My second attempt took seven weeks alone: 50,000 words that read like a podcast transcript. Worse, it had zero intention of leading readers to anything I sell. It was just a theory book.

So I threw it all out and started over. Three months locked away writing. Another month editing. About two years, start to finish.

Mistake:
I realized I finished a book that didn't lead to my business.

An author teaching a small room on the Pursuit of Profit stage

Meanwhile, something strange kept happening in our studio. People who rented our stage would blow the room's mind… then go home, try to write a book, and stall. Two years later, still no book. Speaking and writing are different skills.

That's when it hit us:

“What if they filmed their book instead of writing it?”

So we stopped asking people to become professional authors. We structure an event like a book, put the author on stage in front of a small room of perfect-fit buyers, and turn the talk into the rough draft. The stage clarifies the framework. The book simply preserves it.

Then we went shopping for a publisher to carry it. Every one wanted the same deal: hand over your IP, take 15–25%, and expect maybe a couple thousand extra copies, unless you're already famous. No funnel. No pipeline. Nobody selling your book after week six.

So Marley and I built the publisher we couldn't find. Our authors keep their IP. We build the funnel, the pipeline, and the phone team behind the book. And we measure revenue added, not copies sold.

Ryan Lee on stage behind his signed book

Ryan Lee was one of the first through it. He sold 4,000 copies in under two days and hit bestseller in three categories. But the number that mattered came later. His leads started calling in ready to buy, because they'd already read the book. His policies sold went from 2–3 a month to 22–25 a month, without scaling his ads.

Not long ago, an author who has sold 150,000 copies the traditional way saw this model, turned to his wife, and teared up: "Do you realize how much further I would be in my career if I used a model like this?"

“That's why we had to start a publishing company that does this.”

Most authors don't have a skill problem. They have a model problem. You don't need a famous name or a big audience. Ten perfect-fit people in a room is plenty.

If you have a framework you've earned, real client results, and an offer worth buying, we'd love to talk.
